Full Root-level Access in VPS Servers
When you buy a VPS servers from our company, you'll have full root-level access in three cases - if the server has no web hosting Control Panel at all, or in case you select cPanel or DirectAdmin during the order process. In the first case, you will be able to update any part of the system through a Secure Shell console, while in the second, you can still use SSH to connect and to make changes, still you'll also have a graphical interface at your disposal to take care of your web content and most of the system settings. The root access makes our virtual server packages an excellent choice when you want to run any software which you cannot install in a standard shared website hosting account. With the last Control Panel option - Hepsia, you'll be able to connect through SSH and to take care of the content on your hosting server, yet the root access rights will be more limited.
Full Root-level Access in Dedicated Servers
Each dedicated server that we offer gives you full root-level access, if the server is ordered without a Control Panel, or with cPanel or DirectAdmin. If you wish to set up and run heavy, resource-demanding applications and they have special requirements with regard to the server software environment which cannot be fulfilled by an ordinary shared website hosting plan, our servers are the most suitable solution. Without any Control Panel at hand, you are able to access the server and modify its settings as well as the content that you upload with a console, whereas with cPanel and DirectAdmin, you will use a graphical interface to control everything related to your web content, and most server-side settings. Of course, if you get a dedicated server without a Control Panel, you can set up a third-party software tool manually, as long as it is compatible with the Operating System that you have chosen at signup. If you choose the Hepsia Control Panel from your order page, you'll have restricted root access, yet you'll still be able to do quite a lot of things using a Secure Shell console.
