A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your website(s) to our top–tier cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping hosting providers can result in lost information and unnecessary network downtime. That’s why we will do all that for you for free!We have skillful administrators whose only assignment is to make sure that your website works exactly as it did on your previous web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based upon well–known applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are plenty of aspects to consider – the overall number of files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the present workload of our web site migration experts, etc. Having said that, we do our best to perform all web site migrations in a 48–hour time window. Less sizeable websites are migrated much faster – typically within 24 hours.

A: Yeah. We will need the name of the website that you want us to move. We’ll also require a means to log in to your current web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your web site.

A: Nope. Your web site will remain visible online during the migration. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we’ll let you know so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything’s alright, all you will have to do is change your domain name’s DNS records.

A: While we migrate your content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We won’t touch base with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–based hosting platforms. Basically, if we can gain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your website.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
